Rule 3
Accounts and Principles of Village Development Committee
(1) The accounts of the village development committee shall be kept in cash transactions based on the principle of double entry system.
(2) The device as per sub-rule (1) can be placed in the electronic system as well.
(3) The village development committee shall adopt the financial procedure as per this regulation and keep the balance of income and expenditure.
